Why is the CRM-system necessary?

Starting 2013 new student numbers will not only be sinking in Germany. Double graduating classes will be completed and institutes of higher learning will have to recruit new students more intensively. High quality and loyalty inspiring applicant support increases real enrollment drastically. Mobile, Smartphone and Internet offer the opportunity to apply everywhere without commitment. Institutues of higher learning carry the responsibility to lead applicants to academic studies and get early commitment.

What can the CRM-system do?

EDU-CON’s CRM-Tool (Customer-Relationship-Management), developed by our own staff, consists mainly of two components: the registration system and the CRM-System. Step 1: interested students register at a website which has been created in cooperation with the institute of higher learning. EDU-CON forwards the registrations to the institute and contacts the interested student by email and by telephone on request. The following services and information are offered applicants:
accommodations search, financial aid services, information of the possibility to
shorten the term of study, and help with registering at the university and/or the
State Registration System.

Phone Requests
Telephone contact of all unreached contacts (EDU-CON provides the Human Resources).
Filtering of Real Registrations
Comparison of registrations to thos of the institute of higher learning and/or the state system.
Development of Questionnaires
Development of questionnaires, as well as contacting by phone can be booked separately on request.
